Section 220 IAC 1.1-1-3 - Vice chairman; board election

Sec. 3.

In January of each year, the members of the board shall meet to elect by majority vote a vice chairman who shall exercise all duties and responsibilities of the chairman whenever the chairman is not present for a meeting of the board.
