Section 210 IAC 8-8-33 - Drugs as discipline prohibited

Sec. 33.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that under no circumstances stimulants, tranquilizers, or psychotropic drugs are administered for purposes of discipline, security control, or experimental research.

(b) This is a mandatory standard.
