Section 210 IAC 8-6-7 - Training on rules of juvenile conduct

Sec. 7.

All personnel who work with juveniles receive sufficient training so that they are thoroughly familiar with the following:

(1) Rules of juvenile conduct.

(2) Rationale for the rules of juvenile conduct.

(3) Available sanctions.
