Sec. 23.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice ensure juveniles are not subjected to sexual harassment or to discrimination based on the following: (1) Race.(2) Religion.(3) National origin.(4) Gender.(5) Sexual orientation.(6) Disability.(7) Political views.(b) This is a mandatory standard.
