Section 210 IAC 8-4-34 - Safety and sanitary inspections

Sec. 34.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the facility is clean, sanitary, and safe. There are weekly safety and sanitation inspections of all facility areas. Inspection reports are reviewed, and deficiencies are corrected.

(b) This is a mandatory standard.
