Section 210 IAC 6-2-8 - "Juvenile detention facility" defined

Sec. 8.

"Juvenile detention facility" means any public or privately operated, secure center, place, institution, or part thereof, that is used for the lawful custody and treatment of adjudicated delinquents and juveniles alleged to be delinquent.
