Section 210 IAC 1-8-4 - Attorney visits

Sec. 4.

Visits by the convicted person's attorney may occur as necessary during normal business hours of the institution. Exceptions to the usual hours of visits will be made on the approval of the institution head or his/her designee. Provisions will be made by the institution head to insure the visit observes attorney-client confidentiality while maintaining necessary security.
