Section 210 IAC 1-8-10 - Physical contact

Sec. 10.

Physical contact (embracing and kissing) between the convicted person and his/her visitors will be permitted at the beginning and close of visits. Holding hands during the visit will be permitted. Physical contact may be restricted if required for security reasons.
