Section 210 IAC 1-4-6 - Written request for pre-transfer hearing; time limit

Sec. 6.

The inmate shall have a period of five days in which to request in writing that the pre-transfer hearing be held. This should be sent to the Commissioner of the Department of Correction or his designee.
