Section 210 IAC 1-4-4 - Transfer order; inmate's right to hearing

Sec. 4.

If the Commissioner of the Department of Correction or his designee determines that the inmate is in need of psychiatric care and treatment, he shall order that the transfer be made and fully advise the inmate in writing of his right to a pre-transfer hearing in order to determine the need for the transfer.
