Section 210 IAC 1-1-1 - Purpose of rules and regulations; meaning of words and phrases

Sec. 1.

The purpose of these rules and regulations [ 210 IAC 1-1 ] is to implement the Interstate Compact on Juveniles to the end that uniformity of procedures may be established by the party states. All words and phrases as used in these rules and regulations [ 210 IAC 1-1 ] shall have the same meanings as in the compact except where the context clearly requires a different interpretation.
