Section 205 IAC 1-5-1 - Visibility requirements

Sec. 1.

Visibility. The emblem shall be entirely visible in daylight and at night from all distances between 600 ft. and 100 ft. (182.88 meters to 30.48 meters) from the rear when directly in front of lawful upper beam of headlamps.
