Section 170 IAC 8.5-4-38 - Extension exception

Sec. 38.

A utility shall not be required to make extensions as described in this rule unless the applicants to be initially served by those extensions contract to use the service for a period of three (3) years. A bond may be required of the applicant in this situation.
