Section 170 IAC 8.5-4-27 - Main extension; exception to commission approval

Sec. 27.

If the cost of the main extension is greater than the free extension cost provided in section 26 of this rule, that extension shall be made, upon receipt by the utility of a signed agreement and a deposit from the applicant, without specific approval of the agreement by the commission.
