Section 170 IAC 8.5-4-13 - "Main extension" defined

Sec. 13.

As used in this rule, "main extension" means the mains and appurtenances installed by the utility to provide the sewer utility service requested by or on behalf of the applicant or prospective customer, but does not include the service pipes.
