Sec. 8.

Modification at Customer's Expense.

If a customer requests for his convenience or by his actions requires that sewage utility facilities be redesigned, reengineered, relocated, removed, modified, or reinstalled, the company may require the customer to make payment to it of the full cost of performing such service.
