Section 170 IAC 7-1.3-5 - Notice of proposed rate change

Sec. 5.

(a) This section shall apply to all CSPs with the exception of CMRS providers.

(b) Each CSP shall furnish advance notice of rate increases to its affected customers that fairly summarizes the nature and extent of the increase.
