Sec. 26.
File of Rate Schedules, Rules, and Regulations of the Utility and of the Commission.
(a) Copies of all schedules of rates for service, forms of contracts, charges for service connections and extensions of lines and of all rules and regulations covering the relations of consumers and utility shall be filed by each utility in the office of the commission.
