Section 170 IAC 6-3-21 - Drawing-off of water; consent of utility

Sec. 21.

Using or Draining Water from Heating System. The hot water supplied by the utility is the property of the utility and the drawing off of any of this water for any purpose shall not be permitted except upon written consent of the utility.
