Section 170 IAC 6-1.5-24 - "Subsequent connector's revenue allowance" defined

Sec. 24.

As used in this rule, "subsequent connector's revenue allowance" means three (3) times the estimated annual revenue for the subsequent connector less the cost of connecting.
