Sec. 20.
Quality.
(A) Water furnished by any water utility for human consumption or for domestic use shall be of such quality as will have the approval, or comply with the requirements, of the Indiana State Board of Health.(B)(1) Public water supplies within the distribution pipe systems shall be adequately protected against pollution from back siphonage or cross connections with other systems on customer's property by proper installation of protective devices in accordance with the rules of the Indiana State Board of Health.
