Section 170 IAC 4-6-18 - Ratemaking treatment; subsequent applications

Sec. 18.

A utility may subsequently request that the commission grant ratemaking treatment after notice and hearing, as provided in section 10 of this rule, to additional values of qualified pollution control property under construction. These requests may be made, as provided in section 11 of this rule, in six (6) month intervals following the original request for ratemaking treatment of the value of qualified pollution control property under construction.
