Sec. 25.

Pole Identification.

(A) Each public utility shall mark each pole, post or other structure used for supporting electrical conductors with (1) the initials of its name, abbreviation of its name, corporate symbol, or other distinguishing mark by which the owner of each such structure may be readily and definitely determined, and (2) a number by which the location of each such structure may be described.
(B) The identification marks shall be made with paint, stamps, brands or other means as the public utility may elect to use, and the characters of the marks shall be of such size and so spaced and hereafter maintained as to be easily read by one standing on the ground.
(C) In the case of two or more public utilities jointly owning any such structure, the distinguishing mark of each public utility shall be placed thereon, but not more than one number need necessarily be placed thereon.
(D) The requirements herein shall apply (1) to all urban areas and (2) to future erected structures in rural areas and (3) to all changes in ownership.
