Section 170 IAC 17.1-3-2 - Comprehensive Hoosier option to incentivize cleaner energy program

Sec. 2.

The Indiana voluntary clean energy portfolio standard program shall also be known as the comprehensive Hoosier option to incentivize cleaner energy program or CHOICE program.
