Sec. 6.
"Clean energy resource" means, in addition to the definition as given in IC 8-1-37-4(a), the generation of electricity using methane recovered from landfills. For the purposes of determining the percentage of clean energy resources that qualify for the goal under IC 8-1-37-12(g), this definition shall be considered part of the statutory list as IC 8-1-37-4(a)(15)(A).
