Section 170 IAC 17.1-2-14 - "Regional transmission organization" defined

Sec. 14.

In addition to the definition in IC 8-1-37-9, as applicable to electricity suppliers in the state of Indiana, "regional transmission organization" means:

(1) the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc.; or

(2) the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C.
