Section 170 IAC 15-1-9 - "Sub-meter" defined

Sec. 9.

"Sub-meter" refers to the use of a meter device to measure the amount of water consumed within an individual dwelling unit for the purpose of sub-billing. The term also refers to the meter used to measure the amount of water provided to individual dwelling units.
