Section 170 IAC 15-1-7 - "Master meter" defined

Affected: IC 8-1-2-1.2

Sec. 7.

"Master meter" means the use of a meter device to measure, for billing purposes, the amount of water consumed by:

(1) a landlord that distributes the water to tenants; or

(2) an association that distributes the water to:

(A) members; or

(B) co-owners.
