Section 140 IAC 8-2-5 - Purpose; policy statement

Sec. 5.

Under IC 9-14-10-2 and IC 9-14.1-5-2, it is the purpose of this policy statement to establish that the commission of the bureau of motor vehicles has chosen to develop a procurement system that applies to the procurement of equipment, materials, goods, and services required for the operation of license branches under IC 9-14.1.
