Section 140 IAC 7-1.1-4 - Documentation for individuals with conditions causing appearance of intoxication

Sec. 4.

An applicant for a driver's license issued under IC 9-24-11-9 must obtain the original or renewed physician's certificate not more than thirty (30) days prior to the application date.
