Sec. 14.
(a) As used in this section, "dealer" means a dealer licensed under IC 9-32.(b) A dealer may reassign a certificate of title without first applying for the title. If the dealer reassigns the vehicle to another dealer, then that dealer may also reassign the title by using the applicable bureau designated form.(c) A dealer may reassign an out-of-state title on a bureau designated form.(d) A total of three (3) dealer reassignments may occur.
