Section 135 IAC 2-9-1 - Motor vehicle laws applicable

Sec. 1.

Except as such may have been modified or amplified by 135 IAC 2, the terms and provisions of the motor vehicle laws of the state of Indiana shall apply to the operator of a vehicle on the toll road the same as if said operator was operating a vehicle on the public highways of the state of Indiana.
