Sec. 6.
A responsible officer of the applicant shall certify to the department or the authority, prior to the approval of truck-tractor, that the vehicle proposed to be furnished and used for specified gross loads will comply with and meet all minimum safety and performance factors of the department or the authority. If it is determined, after the truck-tractor is engaged in the Michigan train operation, that the vehicle cannot meet such requirements, the truck-tractor shall not be used in trailer combination on the toll road until corrective measures are taken to comply with the requirements of the department or the authority.
