Section 135 IAC 2-8-19 - Temporary suspension of Michigan train permits

Sec. 19.

Permission to operate Michigan train combinations on the toll road may be temporarily suspended by the department or the authority at any time due to weather conditions, unfavorable road conditions, holiday traffic, and any other emergency conditions.
