Section 135 IAC 2-7-6 - Safety and performance requirements

Sec. 6.

A responsible officer of the applicant shall certify to the department or the authority, before the start of operations, that the vehicles and equipment proposed to be furnished and used for LCV operations will comply with and meet all minimum safety and performance factors required by IC 8-2.1-24.
