Section 135 IAC 2-7-22 - Temporary suspension of LCV permits

Sec. 22.

Permission to operate LCVs on the toll road may be temporarily suspended by the department or the authority at any time due to any of the following:

(1) Weather conditions.

(2) Unfavorable road conditions.

(3) Holiday traffic.

(4) Any other emergency conditions.
