Sec. 20.
(a) Drivers shall possess the minimum qualifications as required by the state for drivers operating vehicles within the state, and drivers must do the following: (1) Comply with all applicable requirements of IC 8-2.1-24.(2) Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operation of LCVs.(b) Drivers of LCVs on the toll road:(1) must be: (A) not less than twenty-six (26) years of age; and(2) shall have not less than five (5) years of provable experience in driving: (B) tandem trailer type; motor vehicles throughout the four (4) seasons.
