Section 135 IAC 2-7-13 - Assembly of LCVs

Sec. 13.

In the assembly of LCVs before their operation on the Indiana toll road, the permitted company shall do the following:

(1) Ascertain the total gross weight of each trailer of the proposed combination.

(2) Couple them according to their gross weights with the:

(A) heaviest trailer coupled to the tractor; and

(B) lightest trailer in the rear.
