Section 130 IAC 4-1-3 - Areas closed to public

Sec. 3.

No person shall enter any restricted area posted as being closed to the public, except a person:

(1) assigned to duty in the restricted area; or
(2) under the supervision and control of the port director or other personnel duly authorized to enter the restricted area.
