Section 11 IAC 2-8-2 - Limits to commercial use of telephone privacy list

Sec. 2.

A person shall not use the telephone privacy list, or the information accepted by the division in compiling it, for any commercial purpose other than telephone solicitations made in compliance with IC 24-4.7 and this title.
