Sec. 7.
(a) Each application for a permit shall be accompanied by an application fee of one hundred dollars ($100). If the application is approved, the applicant will be notified by U.S. mail, electronic mail, or through the electronic permitting system. If the application is denied, the applicant will be notified by U.S. certified mail. No refund of the application fee will be made after an application for a permit has been received by the department.(b) Each modification request for an addendum to the permit that is submitted under section 13(5) or 14(a) of this rule shall be accompanied by an addendum fee of one hundred dollars ($100). If the addendum is approved, the applicant will be notified by U.S. mail, electronic mail, or through the electronic permitting system. If the modification request is denied, the applicant will be notified by electronic mail or U.S. certified mail.
