Section 105 IAC 7-1.5-6 - Traffic impact analysis and traffic operations analysis studies; qualifications of preparer; certification

Sec. 6.

A traffic impact analysis or traffic operations analysis study required under this rule must be prepared by or under the supervision of a registered professional engineer with experience in traffic engineering operations who shall provide certification in the following or similar form:

"I certify that this Traffic Impact Analysis has been prepared by me or under my immediate supervision and that I have experience and training in the field of traffic and transportation engineering.
