Sec. 1.
(a) Unless waived in writing by the department, a preliminary notification shall be required to be submitted with the application for a permit for all developments that meet the following preliminary warrants for a traffic impact analysis study: Land Use Type | Preliminary Warrants |

Educational | 30,000 square feet or 250 students |
