Section 105 IAC 7-1-9.2 - Developments; traffic studies; when required

Sec. 9.2.

Permits for developments for which a preliminary notification is required under 105 IAC 7-1.5-1 will not be approved unless the requirements of 105 IAC 7-1.5 relating to traffic impact analysis and traffic operations analysis studies are met.
