Section 105 IAC 7-1-31 - Encroachment by advertising signs

Sec. 31.

PERMIT-ENCROACHMENT OF UNLAWFUL SIGNS. The permittee shall not erect or maintain any advertising sign on or over the right-of-way or any portion thereof in violation of any law.
