Section 105 IAC 5-2-10 - Inspection of devices

Sec. 10.

The Railroad Department of this Commission may make periodic inspections of any interlocking within the State of Indiana with the view of keeping the Commission fully and properly informed as to the condition of railroads and the manner in which they are operated with reference to the security and accommodation of the public.
