Section 105 IAC 3-2-1 - Definitions

Sec. 1.

Definitions.

(A) "Municipality"-any political subdivision, district, public corporation or authority in this state which is or may be authorized by law to acquire, establish, construct, maintain, improve or operate airports or other air navigation facilities.

(B) "Public Agency" and "Sponsor"-have the same meaning as set forth in the Federal Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970 Pub. L. 91-258, as amended.
