Section 105 IAC 16-1-25 - Severability

Sec. 25.

The terms of this rule are declared to be separable. Should any word, phrase, sentence or section be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remainder of this rule shall not thereby be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
