Section 105 IAC 15-1-14 - "Trailer" defined

Sec. 14.

"Trailer" means a vehicle without motive power that is:

(1) designed to be pulled by a motor vehicle; and

(2) constructed so that no part of its weight rests on the towing vehicle.
