Section 105 IAC 13-2-11 - "Initial notice" defined

Sec. 11.

"Initial notice" means a written notice denoted as an "Initial notice" that is:

(1) prepared by the department for an improvement project; and

(2) sent by mail to the utility under 105 IAC 13-3-1(c).
